Developed in collaboration with leading Australian universities in industrial wastewater research, IWI has developed a suite of proprietary water treatment technology which can effectively destruct commonly used chemicals in the global chip making industry.

Infinite Water International or IWI is a water tech start-up founded by Matthew Ng. Matthew was the CEO for 6 years and a co-founder of another water treatment business. IWI has a sharp focus to provide tailored, effective and economical solutions for the global semiconductors industry which are the backbone of the current AI boom.
Currently based in Sydney, Australia, IWI aims to provide outstanding solutions and services to semiconductor manufacturers and packaging companies in the US, East Asia and Europe.

Founder and CEO
Mathew is a resilient and visionary series entrepreneur. Having developed his business skills as an investment banker in the late 1990s, he co-founded an online travel company in China in 2000 as the CEO, which was listed on the AIM of London Stock Exchange in 2007. The agreed sale of his company to a Swiss travel giant in 2010 lead to his imprisonment by the local Chinese government in Guangzhou which took over the assets of the company. After regaining freedom in 2016, Matthew co-founded a water-tech business in 2017 and run it as the CEO from 2019 with successful pilot and projects completed with a number of global industrial companies and the largest water utilities in Australia. He decided to leave in November 2023 to start his own water tech business focusing on semiconductor manufacturing sector. He founded IWI in April 2024. Matthew has a BSc in Pure Mathematics and Physics, a MSc in Physics from Auckland University, and an MBA from AGSM at the University of New South Wales.
Non-executive Director
Before his retirement, Mario was a skilled commercial litigator with a special interest in intellectual property, product liability, competition law and alternate dispute resolution. As a seasoned investor, Mario offers a unique perspective in understanding the challenge facing a disruptive water tech start-up and in resolving conflict and managing risk effectively. Mario has a Bachelor of Laws, a BSc form University of Sydney, and a Master of Laws (first class honours) from University of Technology, Sydney.
Non-executive Director
Tom is a corporate lawyer with over 35 years of experience in corporate legal practice, specialised in corporate finance, securitisation, transportation and infrastructure. Tom was a partner of a number of large international law firms such as King & Wood Mallesons, K&L Gates, and previously the general counsel of an ASX listed Allco Finance Group and oversaw the development and sale of multiple projects and funds. Tom now works in his own practice and work with various early stage development companies. Tom has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from University of New South Wales, Bachelor of Civic Law (First Class Honours) from University of Oxford, and a Master of Law from University of Sydney.
